Regional Vice President of Sales Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive sales management experience, with at least 5 years leading multi-market operations in residential construction or homebuilding.
  • Demonstrated success driving sales performance and achieving results in high-volume environments (1,000 units annually).
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans that align with market conditions and company objectives.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and inspire teams, peers, and executive leadership.
  • In-depth understanding of the homebuilding process, sales cycles, and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
