Are you a Program Manager looking to lead a team by example?
100% Onsite and in the field daily | Monday - Friday |8am-5pm | $80K-100K per year depending on experience, education, and licensing.
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a team of 6-8 case managers serving up to 120 individuals experiencing homelessness and requiring mental health, medical, and housing services.
About the Role:
As the Program Manager, you will oversee case management services, ensuring high-quality client care while supervising and developing a team. This position requires strong leadership, direct service experience, and knowledge of Housing First and Harm Reduction approaches. You will collaborate with community partners, oversee grant deliverables, and maintain accurate client data reporting.
Program Manager's Key Responsibilities:
-Recruit, train, and supervise case managers, ensuring effective client interventions.
-Oversee case management functions, including outreach, assessments, and reporting.
-Maintain partnerships with landlords, property managers, and community organizations.
Ensure compliance with grant requirements and track program data.
-Lead team meetings and integrate services across medical and behavioral health programs.
-Represent the program in various community meetings.
Program Manager's Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Social Services, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-Experience in housing programs, mental health, and case management.
-Strong leadership and organizational skills.
-Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and HIPAA compliance.
-Proficiency in MS Office and county data tracking systems.
-Licensing as an LCSW, ASW, AMFT or LMFT is a huge plus.
-Valid CA drivers license required, and full coverage as will be driving in the field daily; Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. (Not Required)
