Clean Energy USA, part of the Schell Brothers family, is looking for outgoing, energetic and happy candidates to install solar panels.
About Clean Energy USA
Clean Energy USA has installed over 1,700 systems since 2007, making us Delaware’s premier provider. We work with both residential and commercial customers, and install solar panels on new construction as well as established homes or businesses. Our employees are passionate about their jobs and believe in happiness and positivity and everyone working as a team.
What it’s like to work at Clean Energy USA?
Instead of being stuck in an office all day, Installers get to be outside ….interacting with both our homeowners and co-workers. Experienced Installers can move pretty quickly on a job site. Solar panels aren’t installed until the very last step of the job. This means that things can be tweaked on the roof up until the last minute. As soon as sun hits the panels, they are producing electricity, so extra precaution is needed and safety is our number one priority. Simply put, working at Clean Energy USA is: AWESOME! We work hard, but also get to enjoy a pretty sweet perks like: unlimited time off, generous benefits, and employee appreciation events such as Snow Tour 2019, Summer Kick-Off Party, Firefly Music Festival, and Boat Day….just to name a few. Requirements
What is required to be a Solar Pane Installer?
To be qualified for this job, you’ve got to be positive and caring. We look for candidates who are organized, respectful, goal oriented and dependable and who have an awesome, happy attitude. While having solar installation experience is preferred, it is not required….we will train the right person. Because this work requires being up on a roof, it's best not to be afraid of heights.
