Senior Controls Engineer - Robotic Assembly
Responsibilites :
Build a robotic assembly system (including design review, mechanical assembly, testing, etc.). Collaborative Robots (COBOTs) mounted to a fixed cart
- Location docks with mechanical docking of the COBOT cart along with power and air hookup, and an End of Arm Tool (EOAT) mounted to the robot for pick and place operations (guided by a vision system)
- AGV / AMR to move COBOTS to / from the docking and assembly stations
- Key technologies : MiR AMR, Universal Robotics COBOT, COGNEX Vision Cameras, Ignition SCADA
- Other key technologies : Allen-Bradley controls, motors / drives (either Allen-Bradley or Bosch Rexroth)
