What You Will Do:
Welcome patients and manage appointment schedules
Verify insurance details and process payments
Handle a high volume of phone calls and direct them appropriately
Perform clinical duties, including vital signs, specimen collection, medical history updates, and pre-charting
Work locations include both our Dundalk and Havre de Grace (HdG) facilities

Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Medical Assistant
Preferably one year of experience in a medical office
Proficiency with browser-based electronic health record (EHR) systems and google business applications
Availability for evening and every Saturday shifts
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for travel between locations
Traveling within our greater Baltimore Area is required
Employment contingent upon passing a background check, drug screening, and influenza vaccination proof or exemption

- Tuesday: 10 AM – 7 PM (Towson)
- Wednesday: 12 PM – 8 PM (Laurel)
- Thursday: 8 AM – 4 PM (Annapolis)
- Saturday: 8 AM – 3 PM (Laurel)
