Job Functions and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with software engineers to develop, edit, and refine all software documentation for system control and analysis.
- Authors technical documentation and diagnostic service procedures gathered from engineering resources and develops systems troubleshooting and maintenance manuals.
- Interpret blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Develop all Environmental, Health, and Safety documentation as required.
- Manage new and existing documentation to ensure information is relevant and accurate.
- Assist in developing marketing materials for print and digital ad campaigns.
