Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to become a certified Level I NDT technician in ultrasonic testing (UT)
- Assist senior technicians with the setup and calibration of UT equipment
- Prepare parts for UT inspection, ensuring cleanliness and proper surface preparation
- Conduct basic UT inspections following established procedures
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results
- Participate in preventative maintenance of UT equipment and the testing facility
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong math and mechanical aptitude
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A desire tolearn and develop a career in Non-destructive Testing
