Job Description
Mater Dei High School, a Catholic, co-educational, college preparatory high school of the Diocese of Orange has an opening for an Administrative Assistant Counseling Registrar. This position will start July 1, 2025.
This full-time, non-exempt position is responsible for administrative support for the Counseling Department and the Registrar. Daily responsibilities include answering calls and emails, greeting parents and students, providing direct support to the Executive Director of Wellness and Counseling Services, Director of Counseling and the Registrar. Will work on building and maintaining department excel files along with data entry. Additional duties include assisting in the coordination of events and projects for the department. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong customer service skills.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required.
Hourly Rate: $28-$32 based on experience.
Salary : $28 - $32
