Matera’s On Park in Rutherford, NJ is looking for one Salumeria-Italian Deli Counter Position to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 72 Park Ave in the heart of beautiful Ruitherford, NJ Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Deli Team Members must possess exceptional customer service skills, the ability to stay focused in a fast paced environment and have excellent teamwork & Communication skills
- As a Salumeria Deli Team Member you will welcome Guests with enthusiasm and assist them in selecting, slicing and packaging their deli meats, cheeses prepared foods and sandwiches. Matera's Italian Market prides itself on our quality and service. We are looking for candidates with a desire to learn and ability to smile at all times. Qualifications
- Preferred experience with Meat Slicer
- Ability to lift 40lbs unassisted
- ability to work on foot for 8-12 hours
- Available Weekend & holidays, with no schedule restrictions.
