We are seeking a talented and innovative Product Designer to join our growing team. As an Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual design and user experience of Materialbank.com. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, marketing, and user research to ensure the delivery of a seamless and user-friendly interface that aligns with our business goals.

The ideal candidate blends strong product thinking with top-tier visual execution — balancing user needs with business objectives, has a passion for problem-solving through design, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive end-to-end design solutions, from user research to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Build intuitive, engaging, and scalable user interfaces that enhance the product experience.
• Partner with developers to bring designs to life while maintaining visual and functional integrity.
• Create and evolve a design system that scales across products and platforms.
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, business goals, and data insights.
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to push innovation.
  
  
  

What You Bring:

• 2 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, ideally in web or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools; bonus if you know hi-fi prototyping tools.
• Strong UX foundation with a user-first mindset and experience in responsive design.
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to build intuitive and visually compelling products.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and advocate for user needs.
• A builder who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• A problem solver who turns complexity into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
• A collaborator who bridges the gap between design, development, and business.
