MUST OWN CARGO VAN like a sprinter Van
We are looking for punctual candidates with good time and management skills for the position of Driver. Drivers are responsible for picking up and delivering packages to clients in a timely manner, working during business hours, and ensuring that vehicles are always ready for use, among other duties.
HOURS ARE TYPICALLY 7AM to 4PM Monday through Friday. Average day pay is $300-$400
Drivers will need to lift heavy objects and load them into their vehicles, requiring upper body strength and physical stamina.
Driver Responsibilities:
- Transporting construction materials from supply houses to customers and vice versa.
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
- Delivering packages to customers in a timely manner.
- Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
- Utilizing our proprietary Driver App to use as directions for delivery.
- Interacting with clients and customers in a professional conduct.
- Working during business hours with occasional after hour work.
- Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
- Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready to use.
- Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
- Updating monthly mileage records.
- Driving a variety of vehicles including a truck or van.
Driver Requirements
- Tech savvy and being able to use our Driver App for all pickups and deliveries.
- A valid driver licenses.
- Owns a smart phone
- 1-year driving experience.
- Extensive knowledge of operating area.
- Physical strength and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal communication.
- Proficient using GPS devices.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $200.00 - $400.00 per day
