Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Office Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of Basic administrative tasks and duties to support daily business operations. This role requires proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office/Excel and other Computer programs as needed, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Creating and maintaining computer documents and spreadsheets
- Organizing and filing important documents and records
- Welcoming clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Compensation:
- $18-$20 per hour, based on experience
