Material Handling Solutions is a small company with a progressive family style culture. The physical as well as psychological well being of our employees is very important. We are like a big family and we work together, travel together, and sometimes party together. Taking vacations is highly recommended here. Employees love coming to work and most who work here have been here for over 10 years. This position is a fast paced job in that you must prepare quotes for Commercial Business Accounts, as well as Federal, State, and Local governments accurately competitively and as quickly as possible. New customers call in from products they see off the website requesting quotes and information. We have products loaded into our CRM. You will calcualte freight and add it to the quote. The system will follow up with customers automatically for you. Experience with phone sales is a plus. You will also follow up with current customers to see if they have any needs. Visiting Customers in El paso and Cd Juarez is a must. Do not apply if you are not willing to visit plants in Mexico. Its very important that we keep a close relationship with our customers so that they remember us when they are going to buy something. This position is a commission based position with a monthly draw so the more you sell the more you will make. Any capital sales experience is a plus as many sales are financed. Also, relationships with warehouses in the El Paso area and Material Handling experience is a plus. Enjoying talking to people on the phone, having a friendly personality, and being and acting in a professional matter is required. Military veterans are highly encouraged to apply. Bilingual is a Must. Residing in CD Juarez is OK but you must be able to speak English. We are incorporated in Mexico. Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
