MHS Lift, Philadelphia Inquirer's Top Employer for the past 5 years, has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Coordinator. You will join a team of professionals that receive numerous accolades yearly for products, and customer service. In this role you will partner with Account Managers to ensure that our customers receive excellent customer service and manage the sales lifecycle. There is a reason that many of our employees have been with us for over 20 years. This is an onsite position Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating the ordering, delivery, and setup process.
- Ensuring that sales orders are correct before ordering and confirming once delivered.
- Coordinate Corporate Equipment orders are delivered into our territory and ensure correct setup of systems.
- Responsible for tracking orders, shipments, deliveries, and logistics.
- Communicate order status to our vendors, sales team, management, set up team, and customers.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Degree preferred
- 3 years of Sales Coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication skills are required
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
- Experience Excel, Outlook, and Word in a Business environment, creating complex spreadsheets is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be dependable and detail oriented
- Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff
- Project coordination experience preferred
- Skilled in problem assessment, problem solving, information gathering, and information monitoring
