Outside Sales Representative
Matern Staffing is hiring an Outside Sales Representative with a material handling company in St Albans, WV. As the Outside Sales Representative, you’ll optimize your strong communication skills, self-motivation and B2B sales background to effectively build customer relationships, solve problems, and meet sales goals. You'll be a trusting partner with customers as you understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
This is a hybrid position; however, candidates must reside within St. Albans, WV to effectively support the assigned region. In this Sales Representative role, you’ll step into a thriving territory with existing relationships and expert customer service and service tech support. Our client provides hands-on training through ride-along experiences and mentorship.
Salary : $50,000 base commission
