Description
Maternal Fetal Medicine Associates located on the upper East Side of Manhattan is interviewing for a Call Center Representative for our busy OB-GYN Practice. This is a work from home position until it is appropriate to return to the call center.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for :
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls.
- Assist Patients with any inquiries and requests.
- Scheduling Patient appointments at multiple locations.
- Collecting, reviewing and updating patient demographics.
- Communicating required information to Patients.
