Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Coalitions: Provide strategic leadership to coalitions, ensuring their goals align with improving maternal and child health through community collaboration.
- Foster Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with coalition members and partners, facilitating collaboration, and promoting knowledge-sharing through events and workshops.
- Strategic Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure coalition initiatives are successful and impactful.
- Support Stakeholder Development: Identify opportunities for capacity-building within coalition members and partners, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Drive Impact: Collaborate with partners to develop evaluation frameworks, ensuring coalitions have measurable outcomes that drive systemic change.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading coalitions, partnerships, or collaborative networks, particularly in the public health sector.
- Maternal and Child Health Expertise: Strong understanding of maternal and child health issues, with knowledge of relevant policies and interventions.
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and resources to achieve project goals.
- Commitment to Equity: Deep commitment to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in maternal and child health, with a focus on addressing racial and systemic disparities.
- Excellent Communication: Strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders and facilitate effective, collaborative processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. A combination of equivalent education, experience and training considered in lieu of degree.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to travel within Southeastern PA, with occasional travel across Pennsylvania.
- Hybrid Work Environment: Flexibility to balance remote work and in-office collaboration.
