What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement fun, developmentally appropriate lesson plans for infants and toddlers.
• Partner with families to support children’s health, social, and emotional development.
  Conduct assessments and screenings to tailor learning experiences to each child’s needs.
• Encourage parent participation in the classroom and family engagement activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.

What You Bring:

• Currently pursuing an Infant-Toddler CDA, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience working with infants and toddlers (at least six months preferred).
• A culturally sensitive and respectful approach when working with diverse families.
  Strong communication and teamwork skills.
