What You’ll Do :
As the Senior Grants and Contracts Coordinator , you will partner with program leaders to develop, monitor, and adjust program budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and funder requirements. Your contributions will enhance MCC’s financial stability and ability to achieve its mission.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage budgets for grant proposals and program operations.
- Interpret and implement funder guidelines, ensuring compliance with complex requirements.
- Establish systems to monitor and report on financial performance, providing actionable insights to program leaders.
- Maintain a database of agency-wide costs to streamline budgeting for recurring expenses.
- Support audits and provide timely, accurate documentation for transactions and funder approvals.
- Work directly with Accounts Payable to ensure proper expense coding and allocation.
