We are looking for teachers / tutors who can work with Kindergarten, elementary, and middle school children in a small group setting. Genie Academy offers paid training and a work environment with stable after-school hours.
Our staff is helpful and supportive while our clientele is both established and trusted. We offer a structured curriculum alongside a comfortable classroom setting that fosters learning and creativity. Our students are motivated and bright but are also in need of your help!
Compensation
Genie Academy's starting hourly wage ranges from $20 to $25 an hour depending on your experience, plus bonuses. Our Coaches (Tutors) are divided into three tiers : Silver, Gold, and Platinum. New hires start in the Silver tier. As you develop your skills and reputation, you will move into the higher tiers. Our Gold and Platinum tier teachers may earn anywhere from $22 to $50 an hour for their classes with our accrued bonus program.
