Part-Time English Teacher – MathAltitude School of Mathematics (Worcester, MA)
MathAltitude School of Mathematics, located in Worcester, Massachusetts, is seeking a passionate and creative part-time English teacher for both our summer and school-year programs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who enjoys working in a private school setting with small class sizes. The ideal candidate will be able to design and deliver engaging lessons in creative writing and essay writing for students in grades 5-8. Classes meet once a week.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in English language arts, writing, or a related field
- Experience teaching middle students preferred
- Ability to create dynamic and effective lesson plans
- Passion for fostering students’ writing skills and critical thinking
