Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across various global regions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring initiatives to support MathCo’s rapid expansion.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define evolving talent needs and refine job requirements on the fly.
- Build a robust talent pipeline by leveraging diverse sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, referrals, social media, and job boards.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Stay ahead of market trends and hiring best practices in AI, consulting, and data-driven industries.
- Utilize recruitment technology and analytics to track and optimize hiring processes.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to drive employer branding initiatives.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth startups or technology-driven industries.
- Strong ability to assess and attract talent across technology, consulting, data analytics, engineering, and AI fields.
- A roll-up-your-sleeves, builder mentality—comfortable working without a rigid playbook.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs while maintaining a structured hiring process.
- Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
