Sophi is an award-winning product that builds enterprise SaaS solutions to drive business transformation. It’s suite of AI tools focusing on site automation, paywalls and predictive analytics establish the gold standard for the media industry.
The Onboarding Project Manager is entrusted with a critical role during the Sophi customer onboarding journey and will be the main point of contact from project inception to completion. The main responsibility of the incumbent is to efficiently broker communication and ensure expectations alignment between external stakeholders such as the client’s technical and project management teams and Sophi’s internal teams including Customer Success, Product, Project Management and Engineering. Proven accountability, high energy and a positive mindset is a must.
Requirements : Responsibilities :
- Run daily customer onboarding meetings and proactively identify and communicate any blockers to external stakeholders and the relevant internal groups
- Act as the client point of contact during the onboarding phase
- Clearly communicate tasks and timelines to the client
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and update project timelines in consideration of customers’ requirements and internal engineering capacity
- Proactively manage project timelines and ensure critical path items are prioritized by product managers during sprint planning
- Actively maintain a backlog of customer specific requirements and ensure awareness and appropriate prioritization from internal stakeholders
- Embrace Agile methodology and handle scope changes efficiently (run standups and manage Jira tickets)
- Identify project risks and facilitate recommendations to improve the onboarding process
- Provide weekly status updates to internal stakeholders on all the client / project in progress
