What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Concierge position at Mather Place?
We’re seeking a part-time Front Desk Concierge to join the Mather Place team! Be the individual who can deliver extraordinary greetings to residents, family and visitors. Provide excellent customer service both in-person and on the phone. Have the ability to move seamlessly in/out of different tasks, all while providing a positive and smiling interaction with each person at the desk. This is the team, which creates and meaningful moments in the lives of residents, guests, and staff.
This opening is for: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
About Mather Place
Mather Place is an independent living rental community for those age 62 and better located in the heart of Chicago’s North Shore in Wilmette, Illinois, a short walk from Old Orchard shopping center. Mather Place includes 179 independent living apartment homes, as well as two restaurants, a fitness center, art studio, library, and more.
Mather Place is located at 2801 Old Glenview Road in Wilmette.
