Mathers Electric is looking for the right candidate with experience in any of the items below. Job involves a lot of travel (about 70%), but home most (90%) weekends, and many condensed work weeks to allow for long weekends. PTO and 401k available. Must live or be willing to relocate within 1 hour of Ardmore, TN. Safe working habits, a strong desire to learn, and quality workmanship is a must. Pay is competitive and DOE.



  • cable fault location (MV and/or LV)
  • cable repair (MV and/or LV)
  • asset testing: transformers, breakers, cables, etc
  • applicable solar power plant experience.
