Experienced Mill CNC Operator to safely and accurately perform a variety of functions. Must be reliable, responsible and comply with all safety guidelines. The goal is to produce high quality parts and maintain tight tolerances that meet the customer's needs.

Essential Function |
|
Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding and milling. Read and understand blueprints, mechanical drawings etc. Translate instructions into computer commands. Set up, prepare, and load material and parts onto machine. Ensure machine functions and runs appropriately making adjustments when necessary. Inspect and measure parts to ensure it complies with print dimensions. Able to read O.D. and I.D. micrometer instruments. |

Proven experience as CNC Operator. Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools. Able to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings. Knowledge and experience with Gibbs CAM v14
Must be able to maintain a high level of focus and concentration for 8 to 10 hours daily.
