Job Responsibilities
This role involves establishing new accounts and maintaining and growing existing sales of bulk gases as well as welding equipment, safety, and PPE products throughout a protected territory. The successful candidate will report to a Regional General Manager and be responsible for:
- Establishing new accounts and maintaining and growing existing sales
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in industrial gases, propane, welding supplies, or safety supplies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A proven track record in sales development and account management
- An understanding of profit margins and effective quoting
- Professional presentation experience
