What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative position at MATHESON?
This is an Outside Sales Role that offers salary Commission. Territory is approximately 60 mile radius with a focus on industry or related industry sales experience.
The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform effective cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- IDentify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients

- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field of study
- At least 2 years' experience in cold calling sales with a strong track record of success
- Experience in developing and executing effective territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently to meet or exceed goals
