Position Summary:
Responsible for all aspects of the location’s operations; Safety, staffing and customer service functions. Provides leadership to deliver high level performance in safety.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises the local site employees within the retail branch.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Experience & Education:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in industrial sales (Preferably industrial gases/propane/welding supplies/safety supplies).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A proven track record in sales development & account management.
- An understanding of profit margins and effective quoting.
- Professional presentation experience.
