Responsibilities
- Interpret and fulfill job orders
- Communicate with Cell Leader and Supervisor to maximize quality and productivity
- Identify and retrieve component parts for daily build
- Assemble and refine bows according to exact specifications
- Assemble accessory kits and products, such as quivers, rests, grips, and other archery-related accessories
- Perform quality control inspection and identify non-conforming products
- Record data for cell lead or supervisor as required
- Assist in all cells within the department as needed
- Perform daily housekeeping duties as assigned
- Assist in other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to interpret and fulfill job orders
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with a variety of tools including: bow press, power drill, E-Clip tool, hammers, screwdrivers, ratchets, wrenches, tape measure
- Ability to perform quality control inspections
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds of product and equipment
- Ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication
- Requires near- and mid-range vision and the ability to identify and distinguish colors
