What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Estimator position at Mathews Auto Body?
Independent OEM Certified Auto Body Shop looking for Collision Repair Estimator.
Looking for qualified and professional staff to complete collison damage estimating/repair planning. We are an Indepentant OEM Certified repair facility. Applicant must have basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles and Experience in this field with basic computer skills.
Qualifactions/Requirements
-Maintain professional Appearance and demeanor
-At least 2 years of prior experience in the same field.
-Basic/Advanced mechaincal/Collision Repair understanding of Automobiles/Trucks
-Physically able to perfom vehicle/damage inspections
-Fluent with CCCone Estimating software
-Ability to Communicate effectively with Management, Office and Technician staff.
-Ability to provide professional and exceptional customer service to all customers in person and over the phone.
I-Car Collision estimating Education (Not Required, but preferred)
Job Duties
-Provide professional and exceptional customer service to all customers in person and over the phone.
-Initial Inspections of collision Damaged vehicles
-Supplemental inspection of collision damaged vehicle
-Capture proper photo documentation pertaining to repair
-Obtain and reference vehicle specific knowledge/information pertaining to repair.
-Contact and bill to major insurance carriers
-Maintain appropriate A/R-Outstanding payments.

-Pay (Hourly) (DOE) Dependant on experience
