General Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Recruiting Associate is responsible for all aspects of recruiting, onboarding and offboarding of all Manufacturing roles for both the Belfast and Hermon facilities.
Essential Job Functions
· Source Manufacturing Associate candidates for both Hermon and Belfast facilities
· Interview and make decision on hire status for Manufacturing Associate candidates for both Hermon and Belfast
· Manage all components of the candidate lifecycle
· Manage all role postings on job sites and track costs
· Manage onboarding process for all Manufacturing Associates
· Manage offboarding process for all Manufacturing Associates
· Assist with sourcing, hiring, onboarding and offboarding for other roles as needed
· Maintain good compliance with all areas of onboarding and offboarding including I9, COBRA, disclosure etc.
· Provide thought leadership for best in practice onboarding and offboarding strategies
· Implement all hiring tasks into new HRIS system
· Attend job fairs and take lead role in community engagement with employee engagement associate

Skills/Experience/Training
· Associates degree
· Minimum 3 years of relevant recruiting experience
· Working knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines and prioritize appropriately
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work on a team
Supervisory Responsibility
· This job carries no supervisory responsibilities
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
· This is a five day a week onsite position
· Normal office environment, not subject to extremes in temperature, noise, odors etc.
· Regular use of computer screen, mouse and keyboard
· Extended durations of sitting
· Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds
· Some travel between Hermon facility and Belfast facility required
