Our Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for our office. They are responsible for providing support to our clients and financial advisors. We are seeking a self-motivated and career-minded individual who can multi-task, problem solve, think critically, develop and implement new procedures, and build relationships with our team, clientele, and business partners.

You should have strong attention to detail and accuracy, be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks and work with minimal supervision.
This position is somewhat flexible, with minimal operating hours being Monday- Friday from 9 AM- 4 PM (30-40 hours/week). More hours are available based on mutual desire and job performance, no more than 40 hours/week. This position requires availability from 8 AM - 10 PM Monday - Saturday. Our normal business hours are 9 AM to 4 PM Monday - Friday. A few times a month we hold classes in the evening, and a few times a year we hold events on Saturdays.
Primary responsibilities:
- Answering phones / customer service
- Scheduling client meetings
- Data entry / paperwork preparation
- Scanning documents / Filing
- Event/webinar planning/support
- Digitizing records to move to a paperless office environment
- Experience working in the financial/insurance industry is an advantage (Basic understanding of IRA, 401k, Non- Qualified tax code)

- Computer skills: G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Basic office skills: filing, copying, scanning, typing, emailing, document preparation
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, 1- 3 years office experience preferred
- Background check required
Starting Rate: experience rated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
