What are the responsibilities and job description for the RECRUITER (TULSA/FT) position at Mathis Brothers?
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR RECRUITER :
- Maintain applicant tracking system
- Attend job fairs
- Update online job boards (Indeed, College job boards, etc.)
- Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screen and interview applicants using interview guidelines (behavioral based interviewing)
- Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants
- Coordinate and schedule background checks and drug testing in the Tulsa area and other areas as needed
- Enter and make changes for new employees, rehires, and transfers in HRIS (UKG)
- Assist with coordinating new hire employee orientation
- Ensure that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures
- Prepare job postings for hiring database as well as weekly internal job postings
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department including, but not limited to, distributing mail, filing, faxing, and copying
- Sort and distribute paychecks
- Compile and input payroll information into HRIS
- Prepare payroll reports as needed, direct deposits, address changes, etc.
- Back up other Human Resource staff as needed

Heavy Work : Lifting up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
