What are the responsibilities and job description for the TEAM LEAD DELIVERY PROCESSING (OKC) position at Mathis Home?
Schedule: 11:30 AM - 9:30 PM. Off Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday.
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR TEAM LEAD DELIVERY PROCESSING:
- Assign daily tasks to staff
- Calculate drivers’ payroll
- Ensure proper routing of delivery trucks
- Prepare delivery tickets
- Enter time frame in the system, and notify customers with 2-hour delivery time
- If any ticket has a credit hold, get with the front office manager to care of the balance
- Dispatch with drivers and invoice tickets as stops are called in
- Launch pick lists for warehouse
- Other duties as requested by management

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR TEAM LEAD DELIVERY PROCESSING: Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers; operate computer equipment and programs; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with customers; knowledge of employment and safety procedures.
