Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with prior experience in a similar role at Mathnasium or within an educational institution to join our team. As a Center Director, you will play a key role in business growth, team leadership, and daily operations, ensuring the best possible experience for our students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth Management: Drive revenue growth by actively engaging with potential customers and the community, clearly demonstrating Mathnasium’s unique value proposition.
- Leadership of Instructors: Lead and motivate a team of passionate instructors. Ensure their effective training in the Mathnasium Method™ and foster their commitment to providing a high-quality learning experience.
- Daily Operations Oversight: Manage daily center operations, including reviewing student assessments, responding to inquiries, and implementing effective office procedures and systems.
- Effective Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with parents to deliver exceptional customer service and build confidence in the value of the Mathnasium program.
Qualifications:
- Effective Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members, parents, and the community.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in business operations and growth strategies.
- Organizational Proficiency: Strong organizational skills and a track record of reliability and efficiency.
- Self-Motivated and Prioritization: Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and execute tasks while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Positive Personal Traits: Outgoing, confident, flexible, and professional with a passion for education and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong math skills, with proficiency in Algebra II or higher. A math assessment will be conducted as part of the interview process.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within Mathnasium or an educational institution is required.
