We are currently looking for an Education Sales Consultant to join our Washington team!

What are your responsibilities?
- Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
- Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships
- Help lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally
- Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to cultivate cohesive teamwork and balance administrative responsibilities
- Solid math competency through at least Pre-Algebra
- Enthusiasm and love for children
- Previous team leadership and sales experience strongly preferred
More details:
- Initial annual compensation of $50 - $58K includes base salary of $50K plus monthly revenue bonus plus HSA
- 12-14 paid holidays annually as well as 10 days PTO the first year
- Typical schedule is 11:30am - 8pm Mon-Th and 12pm to 6pm on Sundays with additional meetings and events as needed (consolidated to 4 day work weeks in the summer)
