Job Title : Mathnasium Lead Instructor
Position Summary : The Mathnasium Lead Instructor is responsible for leading the instructional floor, directing Instructors to ensure all students receive appropriate attention, coaching Instructors on how to improve their instructional abilities and their use of the Mathnasium method, as well as, provide exceptional instruction to students.
- Teach through Mathnasium methodology and terminology, using prescribed teaching practices
- Lead Instructors and capable of effectively balancing leadership and instructional responsibilities.
- Care Calls with guardians; Progress reports for kids; outbound call / in person interaction with parents
- The Lead Instructor / Assistant Directors are the second highest level of leadership in the center assuming responsibility for the center needs when the Center Director is occupied
- Take ownership for the centers effectiveness and are empowered to take appropriate action when necessary.
- Assist the Center Director in providing administrative, sales, and instructional support, involved with training and coaching
