As a Par-time Center Director at Mathnasium, you will have the rewarding opportunity to lead and manage a learning center, impacting KG-12th grade students and helping them excel in math. Positon Overview :
This position starts as an part-time management role, and then it quickly evolves into a full-time position, with great benefits. Training and Shadow training will have to be completed. As you complete the program, you will learn to utilize your talents to manage the day-to-day operations of a Mathnasium Learning Center, including responsibility over profit and loss, customer service, hiring / training staff, optimizing the enrollment process, curriculum delivery, and marketing activities to schools and your surrounding community.

Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours : 25 – 35 hours per week and On-Call
From 12 PM to 7 PM (Tuesday - Saturday)

Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
