Position Overview :
Looking for someone to GROW! Position starts as Administrative Assistant but will be a precursor to Assistant Director position. We are also looking for people to grow into Center Directors, potential to take over current locations or future locations.
The ideal candidate will be bright, ambitious, and willing to work hard.
Candidates must be detailed-oriented, dependable, highly motivated, and very enthusiastic!
This key position drives quality and consistency of the center experience.
You will utilize your talents to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks that arise while also assisting the Center Director with various tasks and projects.
What kind of training will be provided to me?
You would be offered extensive training to be successful in the job. The four stages are Instructor, Lead Instructor, Assistant Center Director and Center Director. As you complete the program, you will learn to utilize your talents to manage the day-to-day operations of a Mathnasium Learning Center, including responsibility for profit and loss, customer service, hiring / training staff, optimizing the enrollment process, curriculum delivery, and marketing activities to schools and your surrounding community.

Responsibilities :
Assist Center Director in ensuring company policies, standards and procedures are followed.
Take phone calls, provide necessary information; schedule assessments, consultations, and tours.
Assist Center Director in resolving issues that arise; utilize problem-solving skills for any challenges that arise and for the betterment of current center processes.
Assist in managing the center during instructional hours, including assigning students to Instructors and adjusting student-Instructor ratios as necessary.
Perform operational and administrative functions as assigned.
