About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Math Instructor/Tutor/Teacher to join our team at Mathnasium of Purcellville. As a member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for delivering individualized instruction in a group setting using the Mathnasium MethodTM, terminology, and teaching practices.
Your primary responsibilities will include teaching/tutoring in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery, assessing students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, and becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes. Additionally, you will support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a passion for math and working with students, excellent interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn and be trained, and exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I. You will also need to be able to balance various ongoing tasks and work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality instruction.
