Job Title: Assistant Center Director

Critical Objective:
Assist the Center Director in running the day-to- day operations of the center including providing outstanding educational services to customers, assisting in enrolling leads, and supporting with other managerial initiatives as assigned.

The ideal Assistant Center Director is ambitious, resourceful, supportive, caring, and enthusiastic. The Mathnasium Assistant Center Director is responsible for effectively balancing educational duties, such as administering assessments and diagnosing student learning gaps, administrative duties, such as creating student binders and keeping the center clean, sales duties, such as responding to leads and successfully enrolling customers, employee development/ manager duties, such as providing on-the- job training/coaching, as well as, supporting the Center Director with special initiatives as directed. Sales incentives is additionally available based on revenues.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work during center open hours 1:00PM-7PM (Mon-Fri). Hours are flexible but expected about 18-30 hours per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
