What You Will Do
As a Associate Center Director, you’ll support in leading a Mathnasium center, empowering students to build confidence and excel in math while achieving personal and professional growth. This role is a blend of sales, customer service, team leadership, and operational management. You’ll build a thriving learning environment by ensuring exceptional service, fostering team engagement, and driving the center’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute local strategies to attract and retain students.
- Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with students and families, ensuring a positive experience.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic Planning: Manage daily operations, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to meet goals.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused leader with:
- Experience: 1–2 years in business management, consultative sales, education, or related fields with a strong focus on customer service.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, including active listening, building connections, and resolving concerns.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Leadership qualities, including empathy, tact, and diplomacy.
- A results-driven mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a variable schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
