Mathnasium Education Director. In-Person, Not Virtual
Note: This job description is for a in-person (Monday-through-Thursday) Education Director position. We have locations in Newton, Needham, Brookline, Wellesley, Belmont, and Walpole, MA. The role is Full time (40 hours/week).

Job Responsibilities:
Coach Instructors
- Train new Instructors on Mathnasium Methodologies, teaching constructs, tech platform and logistics.
- Ongoing observation and coaching of instructors to keep them improving their skills and progressing up the certification levels.
Relationships with Parents
- Periodic progress update report emails to parents
- Respond to parent emails on student progress, questions or concerns.
- Listen360 survey score, Call parents if score is <8
Center Administration
- Schedule instructors and students
- Plan staff meetings with instructors
- Center operations - cleanliness, prize cabinets, supplies (ongoing)
- Routine reports and meetings (weekly / monthly)
- Ad-hoc project to support team (as needed)
Qualifications:
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Strong ability to multi-task effectively
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in education, math, or related field
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
