As a Senior Sales Account Manager, the qualified candidate will be responsible for strategically positioning our MATLAB and Simulink based solutions into a defined geographicterritory. Key industries in this geographic territory consist of High Tech, Automotive, Robotics, and Consumer Electronics. This position is located in Santa Clara, CA.

Responsibilities
- Proactively call into existing customers to broaden and deepen adoption of our tools.
- Prospect for new customers in the assigned territory and close new sales for our products and services.
- Team with application engineering to uncover customer pains and demonstrate our solutions.
- Articulate our company's product and business proposition to C Level decision makers.
- Collaborate with technical marketing, product development, and application engineering to set direction for the territory and assure proper service to our customers and prospects.
- Manage sales forecast and meet monthly and quarterly goals set for the territory.
Qualifications
MathWorks staff enjoy a hybrid model featuring both home-office flexibility as well as in-office days for optimized collaboration.
Salary range of $175,200 to $297,800 (inclusive of target commission for staff in eligible roles). In addition, MathWorks offers benefits and a quarterly bonus program. Individual compensation is determined by a candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications
