What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Director - UX Research (Product Strategy) position at Mathys-Potestio, LLC?
We are looking for an Associate Director of UX Research and Product Strategy for the Design Technology team for our client based out of Dallas. This position is required on-site 5 days / week in either Austin, Dallas or Bothell . This person will lead and support a team in the planning and design of discovery and evaluative research, particularly for strategic product initiatives.
Description :
- Collaborate with leadership to define product and UX research strategy and oversee the execution of user research that supports the design and development of products.
- 8 years experience performing and leading UX research in a product-development environment and 2 years experience leading and developing UX researchers.
- Expertise in qualitative and / or quantitative research methodologies, and generative and evaluative research methods.
- Proven record uncovering, synthesizing, and distributing actionable insights that informed product strategy and decisions.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional working sessions and / or workshops with product partners, peers, and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Jobs-to-be-done framework.
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $150,000-250,000 annually. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and / or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
