We are looking for a Contract Recruiter with experience in the Animation industry to work with our client.
This is a 3.5 month long, full-time (30 hrs / week), hybrid (Tues-Thurs onsite, M / F WFH) contract role based in Los Angeles, CA.
Description :
We are seeking an exceptional Contract Recruiter to join our client's Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with the production hiring managers in staffing across Production, Editorial, Art, and Story. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires. You should be a deep expertin the roles, departments, and projects you will be staffing for. Given the fast-paced and high-volume nature of this work we are looking for someone who possesses the ability to excel under pressure but without losing focus on their staffing strategies and the delivery of a stunning candidate experience.
- Experience in the Animation industry or adjacent industries (Entertainment, Gaming, VFX) is a must
- Proven track record as a full-cycle recruiter, thriving in a fast-paced, production and development environment
- Lead assessment of every stage of the recruiting process from initial screen through to offer stage, ensuring all involved parties are assessing against the role criteria and studio values in an unbiased and inclusive way
- Own the strategy and execution of a recruiting plan that will expand our talent pools and ensure we consider a diverse range of candidates for both short and long-term needs
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $75-85 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and / or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
