Coordinator, Creative Sync Licensing

This role requires a hybrid schedule of Tues-Thurs in Beverly Hills, CA.

Our client, a multinational music company located in Beverly Hills, is looking for a Creative Sync Licensing Coordinator to join their team ASAP. This role is part-time (30 hours/week) and requires working a hybrid schedule, onsite Tues-Thurs.

• Assisting with creative and licensing admin responsibilities to support Global Sync team.
• Entering quote requests, confirmations and status updates into Sync Tracker
• Tracking rights confirmations and updating all necessary resources accordingly
• Logging and updating weekly TV Tracker with industry updates
• Knowledge of DISCO, Airtable, Excel, Outlook, Slack
• Experience/knowledge of creative sync licensing, music licensing, music supervision, music clearance, recording and publishing rights
  
  

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $20 - $25 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
