Creative Lead

We are looking for a Creative Lead for an international leading brand and creative agency specializing in the home, construction, and built environment sectors in Dallas, Texas. This a hybrid position with onsite presence required.

As the Creative Leader you’re integral to the creative process and the team’s success. Leading from concept to delivery, you inspire, motivate and support. Together, you work to bring our customers’ brands to life. Your experience and drive is what will help the team create, grow and be brilliant. What do you need to be successful?

• 5 years of experience as a multidisciplinary designer with a knack of leading projects from ideation to execution
• Exceptional interpersonal and external communication skills to develop rapport not only with your colleagues but with our clients
• An innate ability to develop design strategy and concepts
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves to execute on design work
• Experience managing design process
• An always curious growth & learning mindset that allows you to keep your craft sharp and stay on top of the latest trends
• Proven power to influence and inspire, and the ability to gain trust quickly with our clients and their peers.
• You’re a curious type, and see creativity as an ever moving part in a holistic solution to a problem.
• You see the bigger picture, and can spot an opportunity to make great things happen for clients, potential clients, and the agency. You leverage your ability to influence, engage and communicate, sometimes in unknown territory, to grow existing relationships, and forge new ones to develop the business and create real value for clients
• Ability to support Creative Director with creative strategy, talent, recruitment and performance management
• Previous experience working in an agency is strongly preferred
  
  

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $80,000 - $125,000 annually. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits.
