The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines, develops, and delivers an exceptional shopping experience for the Company Store Online customers across all our digital platforms. As a Digital Merchandising Specialist, you will work on new product introductions, merchandising planning and optimizations, and reporting and analysis.

- 12-month W2 contract
- Hybrid in Austin (onsite Tues-Thurs). Candidate must be local to Austin Metro area for consideration
- The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $54.00-$58.00 per hour.

As a Digital Merchandising Specialist, you will work on new product introductions, merchandising planning and optimizations, and reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new product introductions by creating and updating merchandising plans and content management systems.
- Validate merchandising content within stage and production environments worldwide.
- Open tickets to document issues, work with teams to resolve, and revalidate environments.
- Provide reporting and data analysis to support post-launch recap and merchandising optimization.
- Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional partners.
- 5 years of experience in digital on-site marketing or digital merchandising.
- Outstanding teamwork skills with an ability to collaborate closely and gain alignment with teams.
- Ability to analyze data and present findings through storytelling.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or the tech industry.
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional ability to problem solve, develop creative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness.
- Strong project management skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred; MBA a plus.
